WHO CARES?
Is a youth-led training programme turning care-experienced stories into powerful tools for change
Who Cares? is a youth-led project supporting care-experienced young people to turn their stories into practical training for professionals. Participants receive mentoring, public speaking coaching, and confidence-building support to help them lead professional training and drive system change.

Why We Do It

This project is built on years of frontline delivery. We've seen first-hand how:

-
Professionals often lack the tools and lived insight to truly connect with care-experienced young people.
-
Young people in care carry wisdom, resilience, and critical insight into what should have happened – and they want to use their voices to help others do better.

Who Cares? bridges this gap. It helps young people reclaim their voice and use it to create systemic change, while equipping professionals to better understand, engage, and support.
